1. Nature of Our Services. PEAL provides digital online counseling communication services such as audio and video calls through a prepaid or subscription-based system. Because our services are *delivered instantly and digitally, they are considered **non-tangible and non-returnable*.

2. Refund Eligibility Refunds are generally not applicable for successfully delivered digital services. However, we may issue refunds under the following conditions: The payment was deducted but the purchased package was not activated or credited to your account. Duplicate payment made for the same service within a short time frame. Unauthorized or accidental transaction proven with valid evidence. Service malfunction caused by a verified technical error from our system.

3. Non-Refundable Situations. No refunds will be provided for completed or partially used call packages. No refunds will be issued if the user violates our Terms of Service or is blocked for misuse. No refunds for poor connectivity or performance issues caused by the user’s device, internet, or network provider. No refunds after 7 days of the original transaction date.

4. How to Request a Refund. 5. Refund Process, Once your request is approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. The exact duration depends on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider’s policies.

6. Cancellation Policy. Users may cancel a purchase *before* the package is activated. Once activation or usage begins, cancellation is not possible. In cases where cancellation is approved, the refund timeline follows the same process described above.

7. Third-Party Payment Processors. Payments made via third-party gateways (like Cashfree, Google Pay, or others) are subject to their refund terms. We do not control processing times, service charges, or intermediary deductions by these providers.
